Out with the vape ban, in with new regulations

Gov. Charlie Baker's vaping ban will be replaced by a permanent law passed by the state legislature banning the sale of all flavored nicotine vaping products, which takes effect immediately.

Court allows statewide vape ban to stand, for now

While the vaping ban survived a lawsuit filed by the Vapor Technology Association, a state judge ruled that Governor Baker must take steps to ensure he is not crossing legal boundaries.
