Amid tension between the City of Boston and White House Border Czar Tom Homan, Massachusetts cities Chelsea and Somerville filed lawsuits Monday against the Trump administration for attempting to defund police departments over sanctuary city policies.

International students will not lose visa if University later goes online

Despite the most recent ICE ruling that incoming first-year international students cannot obtain a visa if they are only taking remote classes, freshmen who do enter the country will not have to return home in the case that BU goes fully online later in the semester.
