EDITORIAL: The movie theater industry will survive, but small-scale cinema needs our support to recover

It’s easy to take our entertainment for granted and think all is well as long as big companies stay intact. But these small theaters are the flavor and spice of the industry and we must support them during their time of need.

Boston Ballet keeps dancing with virtual ‘BB@yourhome’ program

While nearly all live performances are on hold, Boston Ballet's "BB@yourhome" program gives new audiences the opportunity to discover dancers’ talent and be entertained — at a time when the industry demands creativity. The “Look Back, Focus Forward” performance joined in its first ever virtual season Jan. 21, and will be available until the end of the month.
