BU’s current plan for the Fall semester has received criticism stemming from a perceived lack of consideration for faculty, as it does not currently offer an option for professors to teach remotely.
In not offering instructors the free choice of remote or in-person teaching, professors say BU did not address concerns over faculty who are high-risk for contracting COVID-19.
