The trying-my-best era: a gentle approach to self-improvement

Obioma Eke April 3, 2025
When implementing these practices, keep in mind that you can start whenever you want to. As a matter of fact, start as soon as possible. You do not need to wait for Monday, the end of the month or Jan. 1 to make a difference in your life.

Ask Abby (Or Analise): Are all men really trash?

Analise Bruno March 2, 2025
I’m kidding, but it's important to remember why we sometimes make generalizations as a society. Not all bees will sting you, but still we’re scared of bees. We don’t say, “only some bees will sting you”  because that’s a given — it’s redundant. In that same way, no one really means all men are trash. Not all men are the same as Mr. Big.

Walk, don’t run

Sophia Keohane October 24, 2024
You will not catch me running down Commonwealth Avenue — not for a bus, not for a train, not even for class. I’d much rather stroll in late than be caught dashing around campus. Running and scooters are the two things I vow to never use to get to class.

Running into my best self

Gabriella Di Dea April 17, 2024

The Boston Marathon: The spirit of springtime

Andrew DiBiasio March 29, 2023
Call me biased because I ran cross country all four years of high school, but nothing is more consistent when it comes to surrounding the spirit of Boston athletics with magic than the Boston Marathon.

Amber Morris March 3, 2023
Four years ago, as a high school student, I was looking for a way to track my goals and runs without the expense of buying a watch. After trying out a myriad of different applications on my iPhone, the one that stuck with me was the Nike Run Club App.
