BU’s Institute for Global Sustainability hosted its first annual three-day CAFÉ Climate & Health Conference on Monday as part of a three-year $6.7 million grant funded by the National Institutes of Health for a climate-health research initiative led by the BU School of Public Health and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
Unlike previous efforts, this new initiative features 30 events from March 18 to April 27 that encourage members of the BU community to celebrate the planet every day of the year.
The 2022 Boston University Financial Report credited FY2022’s success to the swift resumption of residential learning, teaching and research after the pandemic as well as budgeting, planning and disciplined financial management.
