The Boston University field hockey team extended its win streak to four games after defeating Columbia University on Sunday afternoon with two goals in the final 10 minutes of the game.
Boston University’s field hockey season is underway on their brand new home turf in head coach Sally Starr’s historic 43rd season. In their first six games, the Terriers (3-3, 1-0 Patriot League) have played some exciting overtime matches and high-scoring games.
The Boston University field hockey team defeated Bucknell University 1-0 in the semifinal round of the Patriot League championship, with a goal from Patriot League Rookie of the Year Martu Coulo in the third quarter.
With offensive production from Tess Csejka, Mikayla Crowley and Amalia Preece, the BU field hockey team upset #25 American University on Saturday with a 2-1 victory.
