For those who decide to go on vacations, it's exciting to travel with new friends and explore new destinations on a college student's budget. This “budget” often includes cheap flights to affordable locations. Unfortunately, our itineraries have lasting effects that we as tourists often don’t take into consideration—ones that are not plain and simple.

Boston University’s Hillel and Catholic Center are encouraging students to apply to a new, ten-session learning cohort open to all students that focuses on Jewish and Catholic faith, offering free meals and a $300 stipend to enrollees.

BU engineering club to raise money for clean water project in Kenya

Since 2018, Engineers Without Borders, EWB, has partnered with the Ogiek people of Tinet, Kenya on a mission to provide clean and accessible drinking water. This year, EBW’s aims to raise around $8,000 for travel costs, and $20,000 to implement the borehole project in Tinet this summer.
