Four art and science professionals taught a high-spirited audience about the concepts of sensation, perception and music at swissnex Boston’s “LASER Boston — Sensory Overload” event in Cambridge on Friday.

Questions were posed — and some were even answered — at the annual NeuroArts Forum at the Rajen Kilachand Center for Integrated Life Sciences and Engineering on Oct. 11.
