Faculty from across Boston University joined together in October 2018 to share their findings on urban climates as part of a new research program, called the Urban Climate Initiative.

On Friday, the Initiative on Cities partnered with the Department of Environmental Health and the Frederick S. Pardee Center for the Study of the Longer-Range Future to host a talk entitled “Air Quality Data to Action: Case Studies and Strategies from New York City and C40 Cities.”

Boston University’s Urban Climate Research Initiative, a coalition that intends to inform the City of Boston on what actions to take when combating climate change, launched Friday.
