BU to celebrate a socially distanced Halloween

BU is “just trying to creep it real” and urging students to celebrate Halloween safely and responsibly this year, according to a University email sent to students Wednesday afternoon. Meanwhile, COVID-19 cases continue to rise both nationally and in Massachusetts.

17 students on full or deferred suspension following coordinated parties, general gatherings

Twelve BU students were suspended without tuition refunds following a series of jointly organized parties, and five students received deferred suspensions for separate gatherings, after what Senior Associate DOS Jason Campbell-Foster called a “busy weekend” earlier this month.
