The racial biases that were in the system then are still there now. And collecting data on traffic stops might not be of too much assistance — more action will need to be taken.

State refuses to clarify medical marijuana laws despite concerns

The Massachusetts State Legislature will not be clarifying medical marijuana laws this congressional session despite an April 17 Supreme Judicial Court ruling that raised concerns with the Commonwealth’s current legislation.
