While some film portrayals aren’t too far off from emulating the classic college experience — there’s a lot they get wrong or miss. The reality is: the college experience also gets intertwined with high stress levels and the struggle that comes with living on your own for the first time. 

Boston University Clubs and organizations in the surrounding city have demonstrated a commitment to supporting women in a variety of fields, curating connections and confidence in aspiring professionals.

A recent study by education company Kaplan Test Prep has found that more students were encouraged to apply to law schools as a result of the 2016 U.S. presidential election. Boston University’s School of Law has seen a spike in the number of applicants in recent years and a greater demonstrated interest in the field of immigration law since the election.
