‘Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind’: Love and Memory

I first watched “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind” when I was 10 years old. I admit that this was solely due to the fact that it was my mom’s response to the favorite movie question — and I became curious. At the time, I found the film hard to grasp with its vignettes of an adult relationship that depicted intimacy and heartbreak. Today, looking through the lens of a college student, I relate to this film more than ever.
