Students express outrage at lost items from BU Pack, Store and Ship Program

BU students have taken to social media to vent their frustrations and find peers whose items were also lost after using the University-provided UPS Pack, Store or Ship Program that was provided free of charge after the campus closed in March.

When she tried to file a police report, the BUPD officer initially wouldn’t take her statement. “He told me to call my local police department because he believed the stealing occurred while being mailed to me, not when the people were packing my dorm.”
