Large corporations with hefty fossil fuel emissions are often criticized for exacerbating climate change. But now, many businesses are joining the climate movement themselves by prioritizing environmental sustainability. Why the businesses are motivated to do so — and if their actions will be enough — is up for debate.

In an interview with The Daily Free Press Tuesday, Councilor Andrea Campbell discussed how she hopes to address systemic racism and listen to community members when looking for solutions, as well as how she is campaigning during a pandemic.
