EDITORIAL: The onus of recycling should not fall on the consumer, but rather governments, corporations

The individual can and should be accountable for their own waste whenever possible — taking shorter showers, reducing consumption, learning more about recycling, etc. But the brunt of the work has to be done by the government and by large corporations because they’re the ones who have the power to actualize real, immediate and impactful change.

EDITORIAL: Living on campus is a better bet during the pandemic

Living on campus edges out living off campus for the security it provides us in an otherwise uncertain, unsafe time. You have more peace of mind living on campus knowing you are with people who are held accountable to the same standards as you.

Household tables removed from BU dining halls

Household seating options were meant for students to sit down and dine with members in their specific “household” — such as roommates and floormates. The change in seating availability comes during a general downward trend in COVID-19 cases on campus in recent weeks.
