In the latest edition of the Charles River Rivalry, No. 13 Harvard University landed 12 goals in the first half to beat the No.17 Boston University men’s lacrosse team 16-7 Tuesday.

In the 91st meeting between the Boston University men’s basketball team and College of the Holy Cross, the Crusaders cruised to victory in front of their home crowd, 72-52.

Case Gymnasium has been good to the Boston University men’s basketball team this season. The Terriers (12-12, 6-5 PL) secured an eighth-consecutive home victory led by graduate student guard Miles Brewster's career-high 25 points, defeating Navy 87-65 on Wednesday night.

Women’s lacrosse confident in rebound after last-place finish in 2024

This season, women’s lacrosse is looking to bounce back. After going 5-11 last year and just 1-8 in conference play, they took a step back from improvement seen in 2023, a year in which they saw their best record since head coach Lauren Morton’s first season in 2019.

Men’s basketball picks up key win after strong defensive effort against Holy Cross

Headed into Monday’s matchup against Holy Cross, the Boston University men’s basketball team was tasked with slowing down the Patriot League’s best three-point shooting team. After the final buzzer sounded and the Crusaders finished 6-21 from behind the arc, the Terriers’ (11-11, 5-4 Patriot League) 69-59 win was a sign they did just that.

Women’s soccer steals 1-1 tie against Lafayette with late game dramatics

The Boston University women’s soccer team maintained its undefeated status in the Patriot League on Saturday after a dramatic 1-1 draw against Lafayette College.
Sophomore Andrea Di Blasio and junior Giuseppe Bagnato. Di Blasio and Bagnato have been playing soccer together since they were 4 years old, and after one year apart at separate universities, the two reunited at Boston University.

Eleven months ago, the Boston University men’s soccer team faced Syracuse University in the NCAA tournament. On either bench sat BU defender Giuseppe Bagnato and forward Andrea Di Blasio — who, before he wore Terrier red, played for the Orange.
