BU alumnas spearhead innovations in ovarian health

Two BU alumnas and one other partner are the co-founders of AOA — a Boston-based startup working on developing an early stage non-invasive diagnostic test to detect ovarian cancer successfully before the disease worsens.

The City has been awarded a $280,070 Municipal Vulnerabilities Preparedness Action Grant from the state to fund a study on heat resilience, the Mayor’s Office announced Saturday.
