Back in September, an FDA advisory panel ruled that a certain nasal decongestant, known as phenylephrine, has been found ineffective when taken orally. Phenylephrine is found in common cold medicines like NyQuil and Benadryl. 

The vaccine will be mandatory to return to campus in order to facilitate in-person learning.
