With Mayor Marty Walsh soon to leave office and serve as Labor Secretary under the Biden administration, our city’s leadership must begin to address the difficulties we are left with. We must continue to hold our elected officials to their promises and push Boston to become a city that doesn’t thrive off of inequalities but rather fosters communities of growth and equality.

Unauthorized Boston Housing Authority letter ridicules schools, crime in city

A recent letter from the Boston Housing Authority urged residents of Boston to move out of the city for a better life. The unauthorized letter was sent out as part of an announcement for BHA’s Expanding Choice in Housing Opportunities (ECHO), a program that provides affordable housing to low-income and working families.
