Medical marijuana patients will be able to purchase cannabis vaping products on Tuesday

This comes after the Massachusetts Superior Court ruled that the state Department of Public Health did not have the authority to regulate cannabis vaping products used by medical marijuana patients.

Court allows statewide vape ban to stand, for now
