Klobuchar surges to third place in New Hampshire, beating Warren and Biden

Sen. Amy Klobuchar was the New Hampshire primary’s biggest surprise. The Democratic presidential candidate and Minnesota senator ended the night in third place with 19.8 percent of the vote and 87 percent of precincts reporting, more than fourth-place candidate Sen. Elizabeth Warren and fifth-place Vice President Joe Biden combined.
