The Boston University Student Government received updates on the Warren Towers renovation project and approved funding requests from four student organizations during its Monday meeting.

To help ensure its classrooms adhere to social distancing guidelines this Fall, BU has decided to move some classes into the GSU, according to Christine Paal, assistant vice president and university registrar.

Geothermal drilling disrupting Bay State residents

Construction on BU’s Center for Computing and Data Sciences building is currently underway and affecting BU students who live on the nearby Bay State Road. The digging of geothermal wells has drawn noise complaints, and construction is slated to continue until summer 2020, according to Walt Meissner, associate vice president for Campus Planning and Operations.
