Super drenched superfans cheer at Marathon

The Boston Marathon, an annual tradition since 1897, rightfully attracts its very own superfans — many of whom show up to the course hours in advance, no matter the weather, to root for their favorite runners with enthusiastic cheers and homemade signs.

BU honors legacy of alumnus Martin Luther King Jr. with discussions and activities

Wednesday marked the 50th anniversary of the assassination of civil rights activist and Boston University alumnus Martin Luther King Jr. BU has held multiple events throughout the week to honor his life and legacy, including lectures, prayer services, panels and a concert.

Over 100 students to move from Fenway Campus to Charles River Campus

As the merger between Wheelock College and Boston University approaches, BU has been making preparations to accommodate the estimated 650 students transitioning from Wheelock to BU in the fall.

Hubway to become Blue Bikes, expand to 3,000 bikes in 2019

Boston’s public bike-share service, Hubway, announced a new partnership Wednesday with Blue Cross Blue Shield, a health insurance company, that will expand and rebrand their bike-share service to a new name, Blue Bikes.
