The fourth-seeded Boston University men’s basketball team left it all on the floor, but eventually fell short of a comeback against fifth-seeded Navy in the 2025 Patriot League Quarterfinals.

In its final road game of the regular season, the Boston University men’s basketball team came out victorious 79-68 against Lehigh University for its first out-of-town Patriot League win this season.

Case Gymnasium has been good to the Boston University men’s basketball team this season. The Terriers (12-12, 6-5 PL) secured an eighth-consecutive home victory led by graduate student guard Miles Brewster's career-high 25 points, defeating Navy 87-65 on Wednesday night.

Varsity basketball programs enjoy renovated facilities as 2024-25 season continues

Some Boston University Athletics facilities are looking a little different this spring. Thanks to efforts from the Campus Planning & Operations team, much of the BU campus has been given, or is actively receiving, a makeover. Some of the most notable completed changes are the improvements that were recently unveiled for men’s and women’s basketball spaces.

Men’s basketball picks up key win after strong defensive effort against Holy Cross

Headed into Monday’s matchup against Holy Cross, the Boston University men’s basketball team was tasked with slowing down the Patriot League’s best three-point shooting team. After the final buzzer sounded and the Crusaders finished 6-21 from behind the arc, the Terriers’ (11-11, 5-4 Patriot League) 69-59 win was a sign they did just that.

Men’s basketball looks back on rollercoaster season, postseason experience for young roster

In what can only be described as an up and down year, the 2023-2024 Boston University men’s basketball season saw it all — heartbreaking losses and moments of adversity, incredible wins and infectious confidence. Despite not reaching their end goal, a young Terrier squad battled all the way to the end.

Men’s basketball squanders first-half cushion, falls to Lehigh in the Patriot League semifinal

From the opening tip, the energy inside Case Gym was palpable. With a spot in the Patriot League Tournament final on the line, the Terriers jumped out to a 21-point lead late in the first half and led by 18 at the break. Despite the cushion, the second-seeded Boston University men’s basketball team (16-17, 10-8 PL) fell to the sixth seed, Lehigh University (14-17, 9-9 PL), 84-79 in overtime.
