Students at Boston University and Boston College reflected on the importance of religious education at religious and secular institutions following the appointment of the new archbishop for the Archdiocese of Boston.

Boston University will argue an alleged sexual assault claim in court on Thursday from a California woman who said she was “groomed and sexually abused” by a Chelsea High School teacher in the late 1980s, while BU was managing the school district.

Archdiocese of Boston suspends handshaking at mass to prevent transmission of illness

Amid fears of flu season and the coronavirus outbreak, the Archdiocese of Boston has directed all churches to suspend the traditional shaking of hands during the sign of peace, a staple of Catholic mass, for the foreseeable future.
